What is a TGS?

A traffic guidance scheme (also called a traffic control plan, TCP) is the drawing that shows the signs, devices and controller positions for a work site. Councils, TfNSW and builders ask for one before work starts on or beside a road.

What is a TMP?

A traffic management plan sets out how traffic, pedestrians and access are managed across a job or stage, and carries the TGSs.

What is a CTMP?

A construction traffic management plan assesses how a development's construction traffic affects the local road network. Councils usually require it as a development condition.

Can you draw the traffic control plan as well?

Do you apply for the permits?
